    The Millennial Suite is currently not available for EVENTS such as parties and weddings.

    Please be advised that we are located on the third floor of a charming old building with no elevator access. (*Not wheelchair accessible).

    Damages to the studio will result in extra charges to cover damages caused.

    We do not allow use of confetti, glitter, gender reveal powder cannons and other similar props.

    No pets allowed.

 

Included in Your Rental

Three wooden stools, a clothing rack, full length mirror, a couch, bluetooth speaker, and three 10 ft. wide backdrops available for use in the colors white, black and beige.

Guests are more than welcome to bring in their own props or backdrops! If you would like a certain color set up at the start of your rental, please let us know in your booking email under ‘Any Special Requests’, and we’d be more than happy to set it up for you!

Pricing Structure

This number includes the renter.

5 people or less - $40/hr

6-10 people - $60/hr

11+ people - $80/hr

Secure your date with a 20% deposit and pay the remaining balance the day of your booking.
